Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Proven experience managing commercial or industrial projects with a GC
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Experience with both ground‑up and renovation work
Track record of delivering quality projects on time and within budget
Oversee daily project operations from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Use project management software to monitor and report progress
Enforce company safety policies and jobsite compliance
