We’re a fast-growing manufacturer in Louisa seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead all accounting, financial reporting, and cash management. This is a key leadership role with high visibility, reporting directly to the CEO.
What You’ll Do
Own month‑end close, financial statements, and GL integrity
Manage cash flow, forecasting, and banking relationships
Lead cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing costing
Develop budgets, forecasts, and operational KPIs
Oversee a small team and improve financial processes
What We’re Looking For
7+ years accounting experience with manufacturing background
3+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role
Strong in GAAP, cost accounting, and ERP systems
Experienced in cash management and full‑cycle close
Leadership experience; hands‑on and detail‑oriented
