$69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed cost analysis, including variance analysis between standard and actual costs.
Maintain and update standard costs for raw materials, labor, and overhead.
Manage inventory valuation for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
Prepare accurate and timely cost of goods sold (COGS) reports and profitability analysis.
Develop and implement costing methodologies (e.g., standard costing, activity-based costing).
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes with cost data.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience or certification.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization projects.
Advanced Excel modeling skills (e.g., VBA, scenario analysis).
