Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree or 10 plus years in Commercial Construction required (AA degree may be considered).
5+ years' experience in project management or PM assistance in the construction industry.
Must have experience in Retail Construction Project Management.
Proficiency in any management software, including Office 365 Suite, Red Team or Equivalent (e.g., Procore, etc.), Zoom, Microsoft Teams Meetings.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Must be able to travel 3, 4 days a week among multiple states - workspace shall be provided within the corporate office, in Calabasas.
Production of detailed construction site photos, to document new sites and existing projects.
Drafting of client updates.
Importantly, outstanding personal skills are necessary.
