$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Overview This role oversees all project scheduling activities and leads the planning function across multiple product areas. The position maintains the master schedule, drives project control, and ensures cross‑department alignment.
Responsibilities
Lead scheduling for all projects across assigned product groups
Supervise two R&D schedulers and oversee workload balance
Maintain the master schedule
Track resource needs and timelines using MS Project
Monitor project progress and identify risks or delays
Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing
Enforce schedule discipline and resolve conflicts
Review financial impact and project complexity levels
Navigate the ERP system to validate data and status
Provide regular updates to leadership
Requirements
Strong background in project scheduling
Proficient with MS Project and resource planning
Experience handling high‑volume, high‑value projects
Able to manage direct reports and drive accountability
Comfortable with firm decision‑making and difficult discussions
Experience with Gantt charts, ERP systems
