Compensation:

Base pay $22.50 hourly plus uncapped bonus opportunities.

Average Canvass Supervisors earn an additional $1,500–$3,000 monthly in bonus.

Top performers exceed $4,000 monthly in bonus.

Job Responsibilities

Dynamic Leadership: Assist the Canvass Manager by motivating a team of canvassers and inspiring them to exceed goals and reach new heights.

Recruitment: Conduct phone screenings and interviews to find top talent and provide them with the tools to succeed.

Mentorship: Provide ongoing mentorship with your team members and offer actionable feedback.

Build Rapport: Establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust.

Deliver Compelling Pitches: Confidently communicate the benefits and features of DaBella's products.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/quotas.

Hit the Pavement: Walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.

Field Navigation: Safely operate a company-provided van; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
