Crowther Roofing & Cooling is seeking a driven and relationship-focused

B2B Sales Representative

to grow our

commercial roofing division in Sarasota, Florida . This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, general contractors, developers, and business owners. The ideal candidate understands commercial roofing solutions and excels at consultative sales, project coordination, and long‑term account management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing

commercial roofing accounts

Build relationships with decision‑makers including property managers, HOAs, developers, and general contractors

Conduct site visits to assess roofing needs and collaborate with operations and estimating teams

Present commercial roofing solutions including repairs, maintenance programs, re‑roofs, and replacements

Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts

Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

Stay informed on industry trends, products, and local market conditions

Represent Crowther Roofing & Cooling professionally at networking events and industry functions

Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum

2–5 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in

commercial roofing, construction, or building services

Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal, Coatings preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Preferred Skills

Existing network within the commercial real estate or construction industry

Experience selling service contracts and preventative maintenance programs

Ability to read basic construction drawings and specifications
