We are a growing mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager for HVAC and plumbing projects. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional with substantial construction industry experience, specifically in plumbing and HVAC systems. Base Pay Range
$100,000.00/yr – $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion. Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Monitor project budgets and financials, making necessary adjustments to achieve financial objectives. Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure projects comply with safety and building regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and forecasts. Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management with a mechanical contractor. Proven track record of managing large‑scale construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and best practices. Expertise in contract review, negotiation, and administration. Proficient in project scheduling and budgeting. Comprehensive understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project financials effectively. Proficient in relevant software applications. Exceptional problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues. Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Mechanical aptitude is a must.
