Leadership Development Associate
to support and execute leadership programs that drive individual and organizational excellence. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for leadership development. You will work closely with senior leaders and program stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of leadership initiatives and continuous improvement of our development frameworks.
Responsibilities
Support the design, coordination, and delivery of leadership development programs
Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to align leadership initiatives with organizational goals
Prepare materials, reports, and insights related to leadership training outcomes
Facilitate workshops, sessions, or discussions as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth program operations
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives effectively
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Collaborative approach and ability to work across teams
Interest in leadership development, organizational growth, and learning strategies
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background preferred
