What You’ll Do
Engineer and refine blow molding processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement data-driven solutions.
Collaborate across departments to launch new products and improve existing lines.
Develop SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and drive lean initiatives.
Be the go-to expert for injection stretch blow molding technology and process optimization.
What You Bring
5+ years of hands‑on experience in injection stretch blow molding.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plastics, Manufacturing, or related).
Expertise in equipment.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Six Sigma, SPC, or DOE.
