Construction Superintendent

With 50+ years in business, we are a 300-person, ENR TOP General Contractor and have a wide range of construction projects. We are currently hiring for an experienced Superintendent with a heavy focus in Class A Interior on Commercial, Education, Healthcare & Medical. Our Class A Interior projects range anywhere from $5 million to $30 million.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide comprehensive field oversight on projects

Schedule and manage daily activities to meet project milestones and ultimately meet project completion date

Manage subcontractors and all on-site personnel

Lead the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, and ensuring adherence to safety standards

What You Need for this Position

5+ years experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor, with a focus on similar large scale class a interior fit outs.

Ability to travel to project job sites within the Raleigh Durham Area – Must be open to an hour radius around the city for future references.

Local Knowledge of Subs & Market is also important.
