We are looking for a part‑time (with the possibility to move to full‑time) entry‑level fabricator. No experience is necessary—only a willingness to learn, interest in building things, and a can‑do attitude.
Our shop designs and fabricates a wide variety of products—from architectural and structural steel to zero‑turn machines and automotive prototypes. In this entry‑level role you will start by learning to accurately measure, cut, and process a range of materials including metal, plastics, and wood. Once these skills are consistently demonstrated, you will work with experienced welders and fabricators to master advanced fabrication techniques. We will teach you our quality standards and the methodologies that underpin our work. There is ample opportunity for growth for anyone eager to learn and become a valued team member.
Our equipment includes a 5‑axis CNC waterjet, CNC press brake, tube bender, and MIG/TIG welding stations.
Responsibilities
Measure and cut a variety of materials accurately.
Process metal, plastics, and wood components.
Operate CNC waterjet, press brake, and tube‑bending machines.
Apply MIG/TIG welding techniques as instructed.
Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
Assist in the assembly of complex products.
Qualifications
Willingness to learn and a can‑do attitude.
Interest in hands‑on fabrication and building.
No prior experience required.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
