Johanson Technology, Inc. Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for two (2) Machine Operators: Laminator - operates the isostatic lamination machine by loading parts/operate vacuum sealer. Dicing Operator - responsible for running and maintaining the ADT dicing machines. Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt):
$17.75 - $19.00 per hour (DOE) Work Schedule (Monday-Friday):
3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Training
for this position will be scheduled for up to 4 weeks during the 1st shift schedule (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) prior to working on 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.). Benefits

Experience in an electronic component manufacturing environment Experience with ADT 7122- dicing saw machines Some Vocational school emphasizes in electronics Essential Functions For Laminator Operator
Sample and check temperature and water level Maintenance of oil pins and pressure grease the pin Package plates in sealed bags; plates are packaged and sealed two (2) per bag Inspect lamination bags for defects before using Loading and unloading material onto setters Essential Functions For Dicing Operator
Remove, install and maintain flanges, blade change, balancing, and setting up programs Inspect each part to ensure that cuts are the correct specifications Work closely with Engineering to ensure yields are as expected and ensure machines function properly Ensure that cuts are the correct specifications Will assist in performing preventative maintenance on the machines Physical And Mental Demands
Use of microscope, 20% of shift Standing/Walking 90% of shift; Sitting up to 10% Stoop and bend 90% of shift; Twisting of neck and waist 90% of shift Frequent movement going up and down a three (3) step platform to access the machine up to 40% of shift Occasionally required to lift, push, pull, and/or move - up to 35 lbs up to 50% Simple hand grasping up to 90% of shift; Fine hand manipulation 50% of shift Will occasionally work in fast paced environment and demonstrate adaptability Must understand and follow a set of clear verbal and/or written procedures without deviation Must adhere to a provided work schedule to meet a set of qualitative production standards Interact with co-workers to complete tasks Ability to act with integrity and professionalism Perform assigned tasks Work Environment
This job operates in a manufacturing/warehouse environment and will occasionally be exposed to hot working environment. This role is exposed to chemicals and will use protective equipment such as an apron, gloves, and eyewear (when cleaning).
