The Trainer / Facilitator delivers engaging, standards-aligned training sessions to educators and staff supporting curriculum implementation. Key Responsibilities
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions Deliver content on curriculum use, instructional strategies, and assessments Support educator onboarding and refresher training Adapt training delivery for diverse audiences and learning styles Collect participant feedback to improve training effectiveness Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education 7–10 years of instructional training experience Strong facilitation and presentation skills Experience with early childhood curriculum implementation Compensation: $95.00 per hour About Us

We offer coordination services for various Medicaid waiver programs, including NHTD, TBI, and PCA.
