Crafted Highlights

Successfully lead a 24‑hour high‑speed packaging line in all aspects – safety, quality, cost, production, and morale.

Successfully manage a diverse workforce of both salaried and hourly individuals, providing coaching, feedback, accountability, and direction.

At times, cover as the plant point person for off‑shift.

Develop and maintain a staffing plan for your line to ensure all business needs are met while adhering to budget.

Key Ingredients

You have 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing/operations supervisor.

You have a bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, science or business or equivalent experience.

Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment.

You have lean manufacturing experience.

You love a challenge, completing complex projects quickly and adeptly.

You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.

You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.

You have a thirst for learning – always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.
