Maintenance Mechanic - 1st Shift
Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr.

Job Details Must have plastic injection molding experience to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary systems, and plant equipment.
Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems, control panels, VFDs, sensors, and PLCs (Allen‑Bradley or Siemens preferred).
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, valves, and cylinders.
Assist with mold changeovers, machine setups, and adjustments.
Support continuous improvement and downtime reduction initiatives.
Maintain detailed maintenance records and adhere to all plant safety standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting (plastics industry required).
Hands‑on experience with injection molding machinery (e.g., Engel, Milacron, Arburg, Husky, Nissei).
Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to preventive maintenance.
