We are looking for a
Senior Designer
to produce digital mockups of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems based on designs developed by internal and external teams. This role ensures constructability, leads coordination efforts, and delivers high-quality models that meet project goals.
What You'll Do
Lead constructability efforts on large, complex projects.
Partner with design and modeling teams to incorporate constructability knowledge early and minimize rework.
Drive communication between project stakeholders to resolve concerns and ensure successful outcomes.
Manage resources, budgets, and project costs.
Lead trade coordination and sign-off processes with the General Contractor.
Contribute to design pull schedules and modular construction strategies.
Build strong client relationships and promote Connected Solutions where applicable.
Train and mentor less experienced detailers.
What You'll Need
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
Current knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal trades.
Proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, and AutoCAD.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and integrate design pull schedules.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of relevant experience, including project management and team leadership.
