Salary Range:

$54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and components.

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions in manufacturing machinery and control systems.

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical infrastructure to minimize downtime.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for installation and repair.

Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations, local codes (e.g., NEC), and company standards.

Calibrate, test, and adjust electrical instruments and control devices.

Document all maintenance, repair, and installation activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification/apprenticeship completion.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.

Proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing PLC-controlled equipment and systems.

Strong understanding of motor control circuits, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and power distribution systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Experience with preventative maintenance programs and adherence to electrical safety standards (e.g., LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

Robotics troubleshooting and programming experience

Advanced proficiency with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC programming and HMI development

Experience with instrumentation calibration, maintenance, and control loop tuning

Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management and historical data
