3rd Shift:
Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (1 opening)
Pay Range:
$30.00 – $34.00/HR depending on experience

Job Summary The
Process Technician – Injection Molding
is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and troubleshooting injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring quality, efficiency, and uptime while supporting production goals on either the second or third shift.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor molding machines and troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize downtime and scrap
Start up, adjust, and optimize machines for maximum efficiency and output
Perform injection mold changes according to the production schedule
Set up and program auxiliary equipment, including robotic material handlers
Program and adjust injection molding machines
Perform insert changes, version changes, and ensure date code accuracy
Assist Maintenance Technicians with repairs to machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment
Support in-process and finished product inspections
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of
3 years of Process Technician experience
Prior
injection molding experience required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and procedures
Flexibility to work off-shifts and overtime as needed
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Manufacturing environment with exposure to moderate to loud noise, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and elevated work areas
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to
50 lbs
Requires walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, talking, seeing, and hearing
