Process Technician - Injection Molding (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Pay:
$28-$32/hour (flexible for experienced candidates)
Shift Premiums:
2nd Shift: +$1/hour
3rd Shift: +$2/hour
Overtime: Available, not mandatory Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Job Summary Responsible for setting up and processing injection molding machines and molds while monitoring production to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met.
Job Duties
Complete startup of molding processes and submit first articles to Quality for approval.
Set up injection molds for production and monitor molding operations.
Set up, program, and calibrate robots and color loaders.
Perform lockout/tagout procedures for all molding-related equipment.
Set up and process hydraulic and electric injection molding machines.
Troubleshoot molding issues and make authorized process adjustments.
Program robots and set up end‑of‑arm tooling, chutes, and conveyor systems.
Maintain quality throughout the molding process to meet all production standards.
Utilize IQMS (ERP system) to support and track the full production process.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Process Technician in an injection molding environment strongly preferred.
Hands‑on experience with hydraulic and electric injection molding machines.
Experience setting up molds, robots, and auxiliary equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills related to molding processes and quality issues.
Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures.
Experience using IQMS or similar ERP systems preferred.
Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
