Associate Recruitment Consultant – Texas Construction – Commercial & Multifamily Division
We are seeking an experienced
Superintendent
to lead
large-scale, complex commercial construction projects
in the Austin market. This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader who excels at managing complex builds, driving schedules, and coordinating diverse trade partners on high‑visibility projects.
Base pay range: $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
Develop, manage, and maintain
project schedules , including short‑interval planning
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
Ensure projects are built in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
Drive jobsite safety culture and enforce OSHA compliance
Conduct daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, and inspections
Proactively identify and resolve constructability, sequencing, and logistics challenges
Maintain accurate field documentation and reporting
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on
large‑scale commercial projects
Proven background leading
complex builds
such as high‑rise, mixed‑use, healthcare, industrial, or large institutional projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and quality control
Ability to lead diverse teams and communicate effectively with project stakeholders
Experience working with demanding schedules and tight urban jobsites preferred
