Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, conducting market research, listing properties, organizing property viewings, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the agent will build and maintain client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and stay informed on local market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid Real Estate License

Expertise in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property transactions

Strong Customer Service skills and ability to work with diverse clients

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team-oriented environment

Experience in the local real estate market and familiarity with Ocean County is a plus
