Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Real Estate Agent with The Borowski Group, located in Wauwatosa, WI. While the office is based in the Wauwatosa office, most work from home flexibility is available. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for marketing properties, representing buyers and sellers in property transactions, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and collaborating with team members to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property market conditions
Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A high level of professionalism and strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Experience in property management or similar fields is a plus
Proficient in using technology, including CRM software and real estate platforms
