Our client, a leading full‐service California law firm, is actively recruiting for Corporate Finance attorneys in both San Francisco and Irvine offices. $220,000 – $330,000 per year Key Responsibilities
Structure and execute complex debt financing transactions from inception to closing for both lenders and borrowers. Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and other financing documentation. Manage UCC Article 9 and real estate secured lending transactions. Advise on syndicated credit facilities, asset‑based lending, and acquisition financing. Coordinate due diligence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on M&A‑related financings. Counsel clients on regulatory compliance and credit facility amendments. Qualifications
4+ years of experience in commercial and/or real estate finance transactions. Admitted to practice in California. Academic background from a top law school or comparable firm experience. Strong analytical and client‑service skills. Benefits
