Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in Business practices preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in health care collections or related field, or any combination of education, training, or experience in a health care business office environment. Experience with insurance billing, computer and business software programs (Microsoft Excel) preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in key entry, basic computer skills, and navigating Windows‑based software.
