We are looking for a qualified Patient Accounts Specialist to join our team of dedicated Behavioral Health professionals. The Patient Account Specialist will verify patient eligibility and benefits, provide financial counseling, collect upfront cash, and follow up on claims with commercial and governmental insurance companies.

Palm Point Behavioral Health is a 74‑bed behavioral health hospital located in Titusville, Florida, minutes from Cape Canaveral. The facility treats adults, children and adolescents suffering from a wide range of behavioral health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. Palm Point serves the communities of Brevard County and beyond, offering inpatient treatment options in a modern, well‑appointed facility.
Shift / Hours Day shift, Monday-Friday

Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in Business practices preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care collections or related field, or any combination of education, training, or experience in a health care business office environment required. Experience with insurance billing, computer and business software programs (Microsoft Excel) preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in key entry, basic computer skills, and navigating in Windows‑based software.
