What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage contract information and resolve complex pricing/rebate issues between departments and customers
Conduct daily reporting and communication with customers to address pricing misalignments
Organize regular meetings with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and stakeholder involvement
Review customer invoice activity to correct overcharges and manage denied rebates
Analyze pricing issues and customer metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
Four-year university degree required
Minimum of five years of experience in contracts and/or pricing
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
In-depth knowledge of contract and rebate processes
Previous experience in a medical/surgical distribution or manufacturing business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a related healthcare field, particularly within medical/surgical distribution
Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) processes
