What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage contract information and resolve complex pricing/rebate issues between departments, vendors, and customers

Conduct daily reporting and communication with customers regarding pricing discrepancies

Organize regular meetings with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and stakeholder involvement

Review customer invoice activity to correct overcharges and denied rebates

Analyze pricing issues and support accounts receivable on complex audits from customers or GPOs

What is Required (Qualifications)

Four-year university degree required

Minimum of five years of experience in contracts and/or pricing

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

In-depth knowledge of contract and rebate processes

Previous experience in a medical/surgical distribution or manufacturing business

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a healthcare-related service or industry

Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and tier eligibility documentation

Strong project management skills related to contract pricing and customer conversions
