What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Field inbound calls from agents regarding technical aspects of life insurance products
Handle inquiries related to in-force policies from agents
Make outbound calls to field agents and managers, providing product information and sales incentives
Collaborate with Life Product Consultants to support respective zones
Participate in special projects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of prior insurance product experience
Expert knowledge of life insurance products
Must possess life/health licenses and FINRA Series 6 and 63
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong follow-up and research abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Detail-oriented and well-organized self-starter
Ability to effectively interact with team members and external clients
Proficiency in using software necessary to support agents and track activities
