pursuing or intending to pursue their CPA Responsibilities
Assist the senior accountants in recording day-to-day financial transactions accurately and timely Ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting records by verifying and reconciling documentation and resolving discrepancies Process journal entries and maintain the general ledger Coordinate the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approval and coding verification Ensure timely and accurate payments in accordance with contractual obligations and internal authorization guidelines Generate and maintain reports for management such as payables aging and vendor payment summaries Coordinate the full accounts receivable cycle, including billing process, approval and coding verification and processing of cash receipts Generate and maintain reports for management such as weekly cash reporting and aging reports Requirements
