As an

Acquisition Specialist , you’ll be on the front lines of the business—working

primarily inbound leads

from motivated sellers, negotiating contracts, and helping build the deal flow that fuels our growth. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants real responsibility, real income upside, and a seat at the table as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

Work

inbound seller leads

provided by the company (calls, texts, follow‑ups)

Qualify motivated sellers and build trust through consultative conversations

Analyze properties to determine investment value (ARV, repairs, comps, MAO)

Negotiate purchase contracts with sellers and secure signed agreements

Coordinate with disposition partners and internal team to move deals smoothly

Maintain accurate notes, follow‑ups, and deal status in the CRM

Contribute ideas to improve scripts, systems, and acquisition processes

Support other tasks as the business needs

as we grow and evolve

Experience in wholesaling, acquisitions, real estate sales, or transactional sales

preferred but not required

Strong phone presence and confidence talking with motivated sellers

Comfortable negotiating and handling objections professionally

Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate deals quickly

Self‑motivated, coachable, and accountable

Organized and responsive with strong follow‑up habits

Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment

Real estate license a plus , but not required
