We are seeking an experienced, highly driven
Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team in
South Jordan, Utah . This full-time, in-office position is ideal for someone who thrives in negotiations, understands creative deal structures, and is hungry to close profitable real estate transactions.

As our Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring off-market and on-market real estate opportunities. You’ll work directly with motivated sellers, agents, and wholesalers to structure win-win deals using both traditional and creative financing methods.
This position includes a stable $3,000/month base salary, plus unlimited commission potential as you close deals and expand your pipeline.
Responsibilities
Source and evaluate potential investment properties through outbound outreach, networking, MLS searches, and wholesaler relationships
Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with sellers, agents, and wholesalers
Analyze property values, repair estimates, and deal structures
Negotiate offers using a variety of strategies, including
seller financing ,
subject-to , lease options, and traditional cash purchases
Present well-structured proposals that create win-win solutions for all parties
Manage leads through CRM systems and maintain organized follow-ups
Collaborate with the acquisitions and dispositions team to drive successful closings
Attend in-person meetings, team strategy sessions, and property walkthroughs
Qualifications
Minimum
2+ years of real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or sales experience
Strong understanding of
creative financing
(seller finance, sub-to, hybrid deals, etc.)
High-confidence negotiator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze deals and make quick, informed decisions
Strong work ethic, drive, and willingness to be coached
Must work
in office
(South Jordan, Utah) — full-time
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Additional Information
$3,000 per month base salary
Commission structure with unlimited earning potential
