Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant Location: Irvine, CA Base pay range: $100,000 – $125,000 per year

Responsibilities

Support month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations

Assist with financial statements, reporting, and variance analysis

Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy across accounts

Help improve accounting processes, internal controls, and workflow

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (AP/AR, Operations, Finance)

Support audits, schedules, and ad‑hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

4–7 years of progressive accounting experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA preferred (not required)

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, analysis)

Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, etc.)

Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable in a dynamic environment

Salary up to $125,000 + performance incentives
