Role Summary Seasonal Audit Senior Associate – brought in for busy seasons or short-term business needs. Learn client operations, processes, objectives and risks, and apply that knowledge to enhance the financial statement audit. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Listen and communicate clearly with clients about engagement expectations and inform them about accounting, financial and regulatory developments that may affect their organization.

Plan, execute and complete financial statement audits while managing the budget; perform an in‑charge role as needed.

Design audit procedures using audit technology and innovation tools, research accounting and auditing matters, and document conclusions.

Train and supervise junior audit associates and interns, providing constructive feedback.

Work at client sites, remotely or in the office, following the firm’s flexible work model to ensure client and teammate expectations are met.

Build technical and professional skills through formal training and peer collaboration.

Other duties as assigned.

Technical Skills, Qualifications & Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics or a related discipline.

Minimum of two years of progressive public accounting experience with in‑charge auditing.

Meeting education requirements for CPA certification in the state where you are applying.

Analytical, technical and auditing skills, including proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS and PCAOB rules and standards.

Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities.

Valued teamwork, agility and strong relationship building.

Curiosity and exposure to automation and digitization tools in audits or the professional services environment.

Designing workable schedules that accommodate both your needs and client demands.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
