Base Pay Range
$75,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Manage subcontractor invoice processing from collection through posting
Reconcile subcontractor invoices, owner pay apps, overhead invoices, and credit cards
Track lien notices and ensure subcontractor compliance
Partner with Project Managers and Contract Admins to confirm documentation before mobilization
Assist with project setup, budgets, and monthly cost forecasts
Support AR, AP, ACH payments, and electronic workflows
Help manage project payments and compliance (Textura experience a plus)
Collaborate with senior team members and IT to improve processes
What We’re Looking For
Construction project accounting experience is
required
Minimum 1 year of project accounting experience, more years required at higher levels
Hands‑on experience with liens
Comfortable working cross‑functionally and advocating for project needs
Experience with Textura or CMiC is a bonus!
