Pay Range:
$51,200 to $64,000
Summary The Information Technology Systems & Support Administrator provides day-to-day technical support and systems administration across Achievement Centers for Children. This role supports network and server infrastructure, cloud systems, security, and end-user technology while serving as the primary Help Desk contact for 150+ users across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities Systems, Network & Security
Administer and support LAN/WAN networks across multiple sites
Configure and maintain Windows physical and Hyper‑V servers
Manage Office 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Oversee patching, antivirus, backups (Veeam), and disaster recovery testing
Maintain system documentation, inventories, and network diagrams
Support IT security best practices, email filtering, and data protection
Serve as primary Help Desk support for staff (on‑site and remote)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues
Deploy and maintain PCs, laptops, tablets, Chromebooks, and peripherals
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and endpoint protection
Provide basic IT training and user support documentation
Other Duties
Participate in special projects and continuing education
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and safe work practices
Qualifications
Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience supporting Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, and networks
Familiarity with backup, antivirus, and patch management tools
Experience with Veeam and Sophos preferred
Strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel between sites as needed
Work Conditions
Occasional evenings/weekends for critical system needs
Travel between agency locations required
