Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Position Overview This is a permanent role for someone who enjoys working in a
small company environment , wears multiple hats, thrives in a hands‑on environment, and brings
5–7 years of U.S. accounting experience
to the table (candidates with more experience are always welcome to apply!).
Responsibilities
Manage the full accounting cycle for multiple entities with precision and care.
Maintain clean, accurate financial records - from balance sheets and ledgers to reconciliations.
Partner with external CPAs on tax filings, estimated taxes, and annual reviews.
Support the preparation of Reviewed and Compiled Financial Statements.
Keep a close eye on cash flow, oversee bank reconciliations, and ensure smooth financial operations across accounts.
Prepare special financial reports, including cash flow projections, quarterly cash positions, and summaries of loans and credit lines.
Handle account reconciliations (AR/AP), fixed assets, depreciation, prepaids, and other key areas with accuracy.
Post and adjust journal entries to correct discrepancies.
Protect sensitive financial data and ensure strong internal controls.
Stay up to date with accounting standards and continuously look for ways to improve processes.
Qualifications
5-7 years of hands‑on accounting experience in the U.S., ideally in a small business or multi‑entity setting.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Positive attitude, team player, and able to manage multiple tasks while delivering high‑quality results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
