Review contracts and update grant budgets in financial systems
Monitor grant spending and prepare monthly budget reports
Ensure accurate and timely grant billing, adhering to requirements
Reconcile accounts, manage collections, and prepare financial analyses
Assist with budget modifications, new grant setups, and audits
Collaborate with finance and program staff to maintain data accuracy
Advanced Excel and Netsuite Required
3+ years of experience in Accounting & previous experience with contract and budget analysis required
