This role requires strong organizational skills to build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates, along with a consistent commitment to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and continuously develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment
Qualify or disposition candidates based on resume review and interview feedback
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
Maintain accurate and timely candidate documentation and activity within the ATS
Meet or exceed weekly activity and performance targets related to calls, outreach, and candidate engagement
Qualifications
Experience recruiting for or supporting engineering functions
Experience working in an ATS; iCIMS experience preferred but not required
Aviation industry experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
High energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and quotas
