Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Implement, maintain, and audit the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
Conduct in-process and final inspections, manage nonconforming products, and maintain control plans.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools such as 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa.
Analyze quality data (SPC, MSA, Gage R&R) to monitor performance and reduce the Cost of Poor Quality.
Collaborate with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues.
Support APQP and PPAP activities and respond to customer complaints and scorecard metrics.
Develop and update SOPs and provide training on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; Green Belt or ASQ CQE certification is a plus.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
