Job Summary Duties: The HR Records Management team maintains accurate employment records for all associates, including home office associates, financial advisors, and branch staff. Responsibilities include processing new hires, promotions, pay increases, transfers, terminations, rehire eligibility checks, and maintaining personnel files and organizational structure.
Responsibilities
Complete rehire and transfer eligibility checks, researching information to conclude.
Maintain electronic personnel files and complete file requests.
Organize and distribute incoming paper documents.
Ensure data integrity and audit data.
Achieve 24–48 hour processing turnaround.
Troubleshoot processing problems and resolve issues.
Serve as a customer service representative for electronic personnel file queries and eligibility requests.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to provide thorough instructions.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deliverables in a timely manner.
PeopleSoft HRMS experience preferred.
Ability to learn and apply technical information relevant to the job, maintaining data integrity at all times.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Internet Explorer/Edge/Chrome skills required.
