Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented HR Records Specialist.

What You Will Be Doing: This position supports HR records management by ensuring the timely processing and accurate maintenance of employment data, thereby ensuring compliance and data integrity. You will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and audit readiness within the HR function by managing documentation and troubleshooting processing issues in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain electronic personnel files and review data for completeness and accuracy.

Research and verify information for rehire and transfer eligibility checks.

Ensure a 24-48 hour turnaround time for all data processing requests.

Troubleshoot processing issues to ensure overall data integrity.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide clear instructions and resolutions.

Collaborate with team members to support HR data security and compliance policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience handling sensitive information, specifically with PeopleSoft HRMS systems, and the investigative skills required to troubleshoot data integrity issues.

Proven ability to research and verify employment eligibility (rehires and transfers).

Experience maintaining electronic personnel files and ensuring data accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict processing deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard internet browsers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Familiarity with HR systems and data auditing processes.

Prior experience specifically in personnel records management.

Knowledge of organizational policies governing personnel records.

Strong customer service experience supporting internal stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and adapt to hybrid work environments.

Pay: $16.10 - $23.00 /hr.
