Job Summary
Lead Technician – 5+ years of Lead or Management experience
L4 Technician – 5+ years of dedicated DC experience required
L3 Technician – 3+ years of DC experience
– Team handles troubleshooting of large GPU deployments inside an enterprise DC environment
Responsibilities
Monitor the system for equipment failure or errors in performance
Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the program
Help programmers and systems analysts test and debug new programs
Operate spreadsheet programs and other types of software to load and manipulate data and produce reports
Remove network cables as part of a datacenter de‑commission
Run/label/Stage Power & Networking Cables; DBD removal only (does not perform any scanning)
Follow procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment with guidance from Datacenter Technician Leads
Prepare, stage, set up, and perform basic start‑ups and shutdowns for hardware following written instructions, checklists, guides, standard procedures, and with guidance from Datacenter Technician Leads
Perform physical audits of datacenter assets
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components
Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Associate’s degree in computer programming or equivalent training preferred
5+ years of DC experience required
Verbal and written communication skills, problem‑solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time

Benefits & Pay Pay range: $30.00 - $44.00/hr (contract position based out of Atlanta, GA)
