Overview Lead Technician - 5+ years of lead or management experience. L4 Technician - 5+ years of dedicated DC experience. L3 Technician - 3+ years of DC experience. Team handles troubleshooting of large GPU deployments inside an enterprise DC environment. Responsibilities include removing network cables as part of datacenter decommission, labeling/running/staging power & networking cables, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing or decommissioning equipment with guidance from Datacenter Technician Leads, preparing, staging, setting up, and performing basic start‑ups and shutdowns, and conducting physical audits of datacenter assets.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor system for equipment failure or performance errors.
Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the program.
Help programmers and systems analysts test and debug new programs.
Operate spreadsheet programs and other software to load and manipulate data and produce reports.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training preferred.
5+ years of DC experience required.
Verbal and written communication skills, problem‑solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Basic ability to work independently and manage time.
Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $44.00/hr.
