Program Overview
MCNCE VISTA- Global Leadership Initiative Program Analyst role at AmeriCorps to support the Franke Global Leadership Initiative (GLI) mission of providing a globally-focused education through global awareness, leadership, and interdisciplinary learning. The role assists GLI in improving internal recruitment, retention, and civic engagement tools and processes while strengthening partnership with Soft Landing Missoula to foster service learning and leadership.
Responsibilities
Develop and expand data tracking systems to assess student participation and barriers to access.
Focus on recruitment and retention of low‑income and first‑generation college students through partnership with Soft Landing Missoula.
Track financial aid and Pell Grant status.
Search for, draft, and manage grant proposals to enhance program opportunities.
Collaborate with UM Foundation to raise scholarships for international experiences and tuition support.
Qualifications
Some college education.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience with recruitment, general skills, communications, teamwork, fund raising/ grant writing, leadership.
