What We Look For:
2 to 4 years of accounting experience, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and general accounting procedures
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure financial data integrity
Critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve discrepancies effectively
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
A collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members and vendors
Excellent written/verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions
A willingness to learn, improve processes, and embrace new challenges
What You’ll Do:
Assists with calculation and preparation of month end and annual financial and operational reports
Conducts bank reconciliation
Assists in month end closing process including preparation and posting of journal entries
Prepare and analyze various accounting reports including variances to budget
Assist with the development, implementation and documentation of internal and external accounting and operating policies, procedures and process improvements for general accounting functions
Reconciles assigned balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Processes fixed assets by receiving related AP invoices, tracking fixed assets for all companies
Assists with budgets and forecasting
Assists with annual audits
Assists in special projects and completes duties as deemed necessary by management
