Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Project Accounts Payable – TrimblePay
Communicate with vendors and Owners/Owner reps
Project Accounts Receivable
AIA Review for Subcontractor contracts
Contract review for projects
Work with project managers on cost and budget variances
Change order processing of subcontracts
Assist in answering office phones
Assist controller with special projects
Requirements
Must have 3+ years’ accounting experience
Construction experience preferred
Able to work in a team environment
Organization and attention to detail is a must
Knowledge of AIA payment application forms is a plus
Experience with Viewpoint Software (preferred, but not required)
Knowledge of other pay‑app systems is a plus
MS Office proficiency
