Service Advisor
Location: Jupiter, Florida
Are you passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and guiding them toward financial freedom? An innovative and rapidly growing wealth management firm is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team and play a vital role in delivering comprehensive financial planning services.
What You’ll Do As a Service Advisor, you’ll manage and grow assigned client relationships—providing strategic financial advice and holistic planning services.
You will collaborate with senior advisors to transition client communications and become the primary advisor over time.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with clients and their families
Provide advice on investment strategies, estate and legacy planning, insurance, tax, and cash flow
Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and financial plans
Analyze client data to craft personalized strategies
Create financial summaries, income projections, and performance reports
Adjust portfolio strategies as clients’ needs evolve
Proactively engage with clients and generate referrals
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Financial Planning, or a related field
Active
Series 65
or
66 , and one of the following:
CFP® ,
CFA® ,
ChFC® ,
CIC
Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Strong working knowledge of financial products and planning
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Growth mindset and a desire to help expand the client base
