Lead Advisor Lead Advisor Location Houston, TX (On‑Site)
Compensation $70,000–$100,000 base salary (depending on experience) + bonus + long‑term profit‑interest potential.
Overview We’re hiring a Lead Advisor on behalf of our client; a growing independent wealth management firm with strong inbound lead flow and a structured, planning‑first service model. This role supports ongoing expansion and offers a clear track to Senior Advisor.
Firm Overview Independent, planning‑led firm with $325M AUM and multi‑custodial capabilities. Clients include corporate professionals, retirees, and high‑net‑worth families. Strong marketing engine (SmartAsset, YouTube, SEO) generating warm leads. Culture is direct, collaborative, and accountability‑driven.
Role Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive financial planning and retirement‑income conversations
Manage and deepen client relationships
Convert warm inbound leads into long‑term clients
Collaborate with CIO, Associate Advisors, and client service
Implement firm processes, workflows, planning tools, and CRM protocols
Contribute to organizational growth, efficiency, and culture
Ideal Candidate
Experience as Lead Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or Senior Associate Advisor
High emotional intelligence and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a team‑first approach
Ability to bring trusted client relationships over time
Series 65/66 required; Series 7 preferred; Life/Health required
CFP® strongly preferred; degree optional
