Position Overview We’re looking for an
HR Onboarding & Benefits Administrator
to support our payroll and HR operations at our corporate office in Zionsville. This entry‑level role is responsible for employee onboarding, benefits administration, unemployment claims, and related HR support. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and interested in growing a career in Human Resources.
What You’ll Do
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including document collection and I‑9 verification
Maintain accurate digital employee records and files
Support compliance with company policies, labor laws, and benefits regulations
Assist with HR reports, audits, and general administrative tasks
Support employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and questions
Maintain and update employee benefit information using Employee Navigator
Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefit partners as needed
Assist with unemployment claims processing and documentation
Partner with the payroll team on employee setup and updates
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous HR experience or internship preferred but not required
Familiarity with TalentReef and/or Employee Navigator preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
